Signature Rip Challenge

  • 1 x 30 minute personal training session a week 2 fitness classes a week. Duration – 6 weeks Weekly weigh ins. Lifestyle and nutritional consultation. The perfect plan for a healthier and happier you.

Pre & Post Natal Personal Training

  • We’ve worked with many pre/post natal clients, both in a classes and personal training. When beginning a family, you want to be at your healthiest and we are proud to help. Moderate physical exercise, has been shown to be beneficial for both mother and baby. Pre- Natal exercise capabilities are determined by the mother’s physical condition and exercise history prior to pregnancy. Once your doctor gives you the ok to train, then you’re ready to start!! Post- natal programmes. Getting back into shape after child birth is an essential physical and mental requirement for many women. Improving lower abdominal, back strength and flexibility is the first critical step towards getting the body back in shape. Must be 6 weeks post – natal, 10 weeks c- section with doctor’s approval to start back training.
